My mother has a sprint account with three of us on the phone it’s a family plan I think, when she opened the account my mother put insurance on all the phones, my mother never goes without insurance on anything, well my daughters phone had dropped or something to make a long story short the phone didn’t work we took it back to Sprint and the customer rep told my mother she did not have insurance on the phone which is was totally incorrect Y in a commonsense factor with my mother have one phone without insurance and three phones with insurance, my mom is ** years old Sprint is making her pay for the first phone which is my daughters that broke that they said she didn’t have insurance on but she did on top of that she is now paying $** for insurance For the phone that is not even there anymore please tell me how this makes any sense we have been doing business with Sprint for a few years now, my brother has a corporate account I am asking you to please look into her account, she is paying for a fourth telephone that we no longer have that she did have insurance on and use a charging her and $** a month for insurance still on the phone I am asking to review the account take this phone off her account she doesn’t deserve this my mother is not the brightest bulb on the tree she went into the store now the customer service rep talk to her in to get a new phone which increase the payment even more my mother does not understand this kind of stuff , Now she’s buried with a *** Dollar phone bill ,my father died last year she doesn’t have that kind of money anymore she drives for Uber and that’s why she still needs the phone, I guess it comes down to the argument where she had insurance and Sprint saying that she didn’t have insurance but that’s not true my mother has insurance on everything. I understand your customer service reps up selling are used to work for your company so I know how sprint works we have three phones we want the one that does not exist anymore of her bill I would very much appreciate it.It’s very hard to try to make you want to stand what happened with the whole phone deal I would rather talk to someone on the phone but I’m doing the best that I can thank you
