Good Day I upgraded my phones about * weeks ago sprint is charging me for my old phones not being in the warehouse on time I traded the phones the same time I did the upgrade in the sprint store. The day of the upgrade I left the store with my new phone granted I tried to make a phone call on the phone come to find out it was not activated so I called Customer Service the customer service rep told me he could not assist me with the phone because he didn’t know if the phone belong to me after I gave him all my information and everything that was on the box he still wouldn’t activate my phone I have been with sprint for five years now this is never happened to me it was so inconvenienced To me because I had to turn around and go back to the store around there OK wish they took another ** minutes just to activate my phone now I’m regretting being a part of sprint none of my colleagues have problems with their wireless wireless network Sometimes * or three times out of the week no services I can’t call out not because the bill is not paid but because the network is constantly having problems. I called customer service last night they did not know what to do so the rep put me on a very long wait to speak to a supervisor the supervisor did not know what to do I ask for corporate * she said they were not allowed unheard of but this is a great way to loose customers having employees who at not properly trained to do the job I am still left with the bill and was also not given a discount due from the ad that sprint was running at the time
