Started off there was a mishap in my account which stated it was past due but it was not it was current. So I called customer care phone number talk to them for ** minutes they said they took care of the problem put notes and I could go to the sprint store and purchased the items I needed since nothing was past due so I drive all the way to the store and it still showing that I had an a past due balance and I could not purchase any items that I wanted so that being said was there two hours left empty-handed then halfway home customer care calls and tells me to turn around but they fix the problem I go all the way back get in the driveway or parking lot they tell me hold on and I’ll be right back with me before I go and waited in the car and on hold for an hour and five minutes waited so long to the point I started to have a panic attack our use my other phone to call I was on that call for an hour and then was told a supervisor call me five minutes later hour and a half goes bye then I call sprint customer care care they redirected me three different times always there was just to get a speaker I spent $*** a month with you guys and when I told the supervisor that after spending seven hours on the phone and at the store that if I don’t leave that speaker just for the principle of it that I’m gonna cancel my membership he says he’ll answer will get you whatever you need now I want to transfer you and you ask whatever you need and she’ll take care of you and we apologize for your way that a whole sent me the line to cancel my contract so basically my money is no good to Sprint so the lady gives me corporate number The corporate number she gave me was a fake so I’ve never been so humiliated embarrassed and throw around like I’m nothing it’s sad that this is how you treat your veterans and military I’m disgusted at how this company is Ryan so after * *** hours wasted today they still tell me I can’t get what I need I’ll because of y’all’s mistake and not mine so I would like someone to contact me immediately
