It started a couple weeks ago when I wanted to upgrade my * lines. It took over * hours and * days to complete this order. Pick up transferring me to different people just to complete this order and every time they transferred me I had to give my name my account and restate my entire order all over again because nothing got transferred from person to person. Then when I first finally tried to get the complete order, they kept trying to say there's something wrong with my credit cards, and it kept bringing up an error. So the following day after another almost * hours, only to come to find out that the error was caused because my initial billing address was different then my current mailing address. Which over a year ago I had called to change. I spend more time on hold, and restating everything all over again then I did actually talking to somebody. Now when my phone's finally arrived, one of the phone's SIM card was not registered to that phone. So they had to order me a new SIM card which that was Tuesday. Now today is Friday, and I get an email notification that my order had just processed. So what is taking * days to process a simple SIM card, so I called again to inquire only to be on the phone for over an hour. nothing got resolved because I couldn't stand being placed on hold, and restating my question, or my concern to every single person I was transferred to. Which I was actually transferred five times. I don't understand how with today's technology, information could not be simply transferred from one person to another on who's on the phone and what their order * concern is. Now I'm having an issue with this service, telling me a **-minute wait yet it's been well over an hour. and through all this, all I get is I'm sorry from different people, yet no one really trying to resolve these issues, or offer any compensation for my time and frustration that I have spent dealing with all of these. I'm also trying to figure out if all the deals that I was offered initially is going to be honored. what I would like as resolution is all the deals that was offered which includes $*** off each Samsung phone I ordered, and a $** credit per line per month for switching to the new calling plan. And I think a little more credit towards my account for no one actually doing anything initially would be beneficial in showing that your customer care service actually cares.
