I tried to pay off my phone in october so I could upgrade it..*Chatted asked for specific instructions.. made clear I wanted the transaction to go smooth.. did what I was told and paid extra after the bill said i owed amount chat person said would show up.. chat ID ******************....*Fast forward to nov.*th. Phone Bill says i paid phone bill instead of lease payoff and phone is still attached to account... tried to chat to rectify problem a rep called me and said they would take care of it and I would not have to pay the phone off again.. wr******...christine..*Today though nov.*th.. my bill says I have a past due balance talking to sd****** about why my bill is past due.. my lease was canceled twice.. not my fault, so in order for me to upgrade i will have to pay new payoff amount.. my bill says past due and it should..not my bill is not due until the **th of the month i have spent over an hour on the phone on the *th... reps asking me if I want to upgrade without fixing my problem makes it no better..
