My name is andy r addington *** *** ****,on Thur.******* I walked into a Easton company store in Columbus Ohio because of *-* hour service blackout that day,.couldnt receive calls or call out.After finding out about service interruption (and not just my phone) I decided to up grade my phone.The associate asked me which phone and I said "the Samsung **"Then he said "great we have a bundle that goes with that, wireless charger,screen protector and case"Completed the transaction and left.On Monday Nov *th I went back in and upgraded wife to **,and daughter to I Phone Xr,of course asked for same bundle of accessories.At the tail end of transaction associate asked me how was I going to pay for accessories.Come to find out the previous associate when I was there on Thur night split accessories on my bill for ** months without telling me,I assumed they come with the phone.At no time did he mention anything about an additional charge,or add to an account.I can get same charger for half the price elsewhere and would never pay over a year.I will be returning the accessories or at least the charger and paying out right for case and screen protector on Sat Nov **th so they're not spread out on my bill.I feel very misleading practice,and shouldn't do that to people.The people were friendly but toward end of transactions staff spoke of previous transactions with customers that had left out loud amongst each other such, as they almost had a guy for Beats Headphones until they found out he didnt qualify and had to pay half which I thought was unprofessional.Been a long time Sprint customer and would like some feedback in this manor.Thanks
