After talking and working with techs to get my Airrave that I was approved for years ago working again... they finally told me to send it in for a replacement of another airrave or magic box since I am having both data and call issues. That was in Sept. It is now Nov and I still dont have a replacement, I've talked to several reps and they got my address and everything needed for shipping. However no replacement and I feel like I'm getting the run around. I've been with Sprint since **** and this is just unacceptable, if I cant work because of Data and Phone issues, I'm paying a monthly bill for no reason and it makes sense to just find a company that will work in my area instead.
GetHuman-dimplesb did not yet indicate what Sprint Corporate Care should do to make this right.

I dont give up easily, I've been a longtime loyal customer and I expect the same, so this email dropped in my lap and they wrote back and called very concerned and apologetic,... my airrave is being delivered today. **M*****@***.com
