i have been an ntelos customer for years. my credit is wonderful. i had the option to be grandfathered into sprint or verizon upon the buyout of ntelos. i chose sprint. ive tried to upgrade my phone to the samsung * for $ ** per month or the samsung *plus for $ ** per month. upon calling sprint yesterday i was told that these prices posted on the sprint online are for only *nd lines !! im amazed that i would need a *nd line for these phone prices since the sprint website does not say that. !! i now have an option but will wait till i hear from you at corporate. the option would be to leave sprint altogether to another company. at the moment i have a samsung * galaxy edge. perfect credit with your company, no late payment history. !!! my phone * is *** *** ****. my name is Eiona Southerland **** nelson st. lynchburg, virginia. please let me know how i can upgrade my phone to either the samsung * or the * plus as advertised on your website. i am really upset that i had to spend * steady hours on the phone friday, nov *nd speaking to several of youur customer service people telling me everything except what i need to know. it surely does not take that long to upgrade a phone. lastly, im left wondering what my options are with sprint as your valued customer and how valued i am to your customer support base !!!!!! i would definitely appreciate hearing from your customer corporate office !! thank you
