ISSUE: *I cancelled my Sprint service on October **, *****I paid off my phone lease so there would be no more bills from Sprint. *Sprint promised me that as long as I have finished changing providers before October **, **** that I will be able to take my (Sprint) phone number with me.*That did not happen. As soon as Sprint unlocked my phone (on Monday, ********) they cancelled my account. **Now there is no way for me to even get to talk to someone because you cannot get past any options because, "your account has been closed." So the monthly bills keep coming. Well, if I can't even get to talk to someone how am I supposed to resolve this?**RESOLUTION:*Since I cannot get past their menu*options because my account is closed I need to speak to a person.
