I have been a Sprint customer for many years while I was in the service. Noticed through the years the benefits did not out weight my bill and customer care. *I recently decided to switch to ATT in August. Spoke to many representives about my iPhone X, I was still under contract. NEVER was I told I could buy it out OR pay out the contract monthly fee. *Was just told by a representative this after that I still owed $*** bc the credit for my phone was $*** which I could of bought you. **I find your representatives untrained unable to answer questions and double talker. **IF I was informed I could of bought my phone out for $*** vice pay $***. I would have done just that. **Sprint is very disappointing & expected a little more fairness with a customer of over ** years. **Please Please. Look at my account and let me know what is owed. Not to mention that every time I asked for a return box for the device returned I didn’t get one waited a month. Then finally went to Sprint store in town. That was NEVER disclosed as an option.
