Hello, I would like this message to reach Corporate so that the manager would make a sound and fair determination of my mobile account issue. Please make sure that it reaches the appropriate staff member.*Re: Acct******************I was a valued customer of Sprint and was offered a upgrade to the Galaxy S* phone. I accepted the new phone plan and soon after I started to experience some gliches on my phone. During this time I then experience a set back with financial hardships and was unable make continued payments. A month or two later, I was a victim*survivor of Hurricane Harvey and has not returned to work and no way to continued the previous payment. I am now taking care of a elderly parent who also was in the flood with me. Meanwhile, I still have an inactive phone that has some glitches.*I am asking*requesting that I am granted a a waiver for my account to be reinstated under a lower plan. I am able to make **.** a month so I can have the phone I originally was offered due to my length of time a committed service to Sprint. Please consider canceling the previous balance and moving forward with a new Galaxy S* phone with a much lower payment plan.
