The issue in GetHuman-charong's own words
I go to the Sprint store in Pembroke Pines to upgrade my iPhone and at the same time ordered a Apple Watch and I also got some AirPods. As far as the phone goes, I was told I would be getting the trade in discount which can not be seen by looking on the app. Apparently only in the store after they pull up my bill that could be seen. And as far as the Apple Watch goes, they didn’t carry the one I wanted in the store and had to be ordered. Not aware that the watch was going to be delivered to store and it was. After a couple of weeks and still no watch I decided to track the order just to find out that an employee by the name of Ralph signed for the watch on October **th and failed to notify me the customer that the watch have been delivered so that I could pick it up. And after waiting in the store for over an hour they managed to generate a receipt stating that the watch got sent back because it never got picked up!!! Well how could I pick something up I had no idea that was delivered. And once again because they still don’t carry that watch in that store offered to give me a watch I never wanted from the beginning. My fianc* called the customer service just to be put on hold for an hour and a half and still no one could answer any questions we had. He was told he would receive a call back and was told that it’s you guys policy that they don’t have to call back. The customer service your company offers ***** and is getting worse. I’m just ready to pay off all my devices and move on. Your loyal customers gets nothing and all of your focus are only to the new customers
