I have been for months going into the sprint store, I’ve filed several requests and spoken directly to a manager to have my over billing fixed and account credited for months of being over charged. I moved from att to sprint and took advantage of the buy one iPhone get one free. I got *. So two iPhones on my account are suppose to be free. Yet I’m being charged full price for all *. I’ve gone in early last week and spoke directly to a manager who had the authority to make the corrections on me account and the credit. By end of the day he claimed it was fixed and that the credit would show by next afternoon, it’s been now * days and no credit. I called again and left a message for a manager to return my call, and no returned call. I’m becoming very frustrated. This is a breach of contract on sprints part by charging me full price for all phones when I signed up during the bogo sale and was told if I purchased * I would get * free. I’m told every time I go in that yes there is an error in my account that I am being over charged and credit will be applied yet nothing has been resolved. I’ve been battling this for a good * months now and I’m about done with this company if it’s not fixed ASAP. I moved to sprint to lower my bill, and now it’s higher then when I was with att due to the fact I’m being OVER Charged. Please fix.
