In early June, I met with our Sprint Business Account Manager Cris Warrior and we agreed to change our companies data plan for both our tablets and phones to help bring our bill down. It has been over * months now and our representative will not return my emails or calls. I was promised credits for all of the excess data that my company has been charged since the plan was never adjusted to the unlimited data plan like we had requested.
