Went to a Sprint Store located in **** Newport Blvd A*** Costa Mesa CA ***** to do an upgrade. Sales Associate Edgar Lazaro not only stole my iPhone * by stating i had a remaining balance and had to return it to the store also made me pay *** dollars because it was broken. He promises me a family deal for $*** monthly, plus cases, speaker, and screen proctors which it was also a lie. He never mention to me that their was a charge activating phones because it was in the middle of a phone cycle. He also added a table that I never received to my account. Went to the store for help of the managers but they just told me they couldn’t do nothing to help me. I had to return everything saler Edgar gave me to reduce ** dollars. They didn’t even give me my iPhone back. I been trying to get of hold of Mgr Peter and he just keeps ignoring my calls. In total I have lost around *** dollars and I don’t see my money company back. Not only sprint store hires the wrong people but they hired people that steal from customers and their owned company. They also break California law by pricing items wrong and giving you a higher price at the cash registers. I’m really sad and disappointed of a company I been a customer since ****.**I been trying to get help over a month and no one is able to help me. I’m very sad and disappointed.
