I spoke with customer service tonight due to a technical problem and he was very rude and arrogant. He talked over me during the whole call and was very rude and arrogant. He asked me several times if I seen a Sprint symbol at the right corner of my phone and I said no, he then yelled out into the phone ' OH MY GOD!!" This is the second time I've had with rude, hateful Reps. while calling customer service. I have NEVER been talked to in this manner with any other cell phone carrier. I haven't had the service a year yet, but ready to break contract due to problems with service and rude Reps. Every Rep gives you a different answer to the same question and you don't know who to believe. Very unprofessional company. I made a BIG mistake when I switched from Verizon to save a couple bucks. Definitely going back to Verizon as soon as I can.
