Hi I’m writing with a complaint about a Sprint Store employee and absolutely poor customer service I received from the employee of that store on **.*.**** I took my iPhone * in for repair due to the known issue of when a update was done it damaged the battery and I was losing a percent a minute on my battery. I do not have the insurance or protection on the account so the Lead tech consultant told me it would be the **.** down from the **.**$ due to the above issue. I agree to pay that and left my phone with the Tech Milton Henry at the **** Belden village store in canton Ohio . I came back to get my phone and was told that the three batteries he tried did not work and could not get the phone to charge. In addition to that he told me that HE broke my home button while trying to fix the battery as well. So now I did not have the problem I originally went in for fixed I had an additional problem caused by the sprint employee. He advised me to take it home and try to get a charge and buy more storage and to make sure phone backed up so I would not lose everything. I did that and came back the next day on **.* Milton then told me I had to pay for the **.**$ battery that he admitted didn’t work to even send the phone in for repair and that I had to buy the protection in order to get the home button he broke fixed!!!!! I told him that was absurd that I was not paying for a battery we knew did not work as he admitted and I was most definitely not paying to fix the damage HE caused to my phone. I then left the store with nothing resolved and called the Sprint customer service and talked to a guy named William. I advised him of what had occurred and he gave me a **$ credit off bill for the battery and inconvenience and told me to try to contact the store and talk to a manager and see if they will give me a credit off my bill for the cost of the home button. I advised William what I didn’t want to do was front the money for the home button and be reimbursed due to the issues I was already having in trying to get the right thing done. He said that he understood and told me if they would not give me the credit at the store to have them note how much it would be for the home button repair. I called in to the store on **.* and asked to talk to a manager, the person who answered the phone said manger was with someone and asked what could help with. I told him of the issue and he put me on hold to get the “manager” only to put Milton Henry on the line . Again Milton tried to tell me I would have to buy the protection to get my home button fixed. It was clear that he was not going to take responsibility for damaging my phone and to do the right thing . I advised him I was done dealing with him and that I wanted a price for the home button costs and a credit for that from them. Milton refused both told me that they would not give credit for anything like that and that he could only give an estimate or range for the home button cost. He then told me I could call apple stores for the exact price if I wanted and only gave me a range of **-***$ for repair. I told him I was not calling around and I wanted my account noted for how much he says would cost. We have been customers of sprint for over ** years and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had dealing with someone at sprint. He refused to help only solutions was to charge me more money or trying to up sell me to another phone which again would cost me more money !!! I think its sad I had to take this to this level to get something like this resolved, but I also wanted to make sure that he doesn’t get a chance to treat someone else like this again !! *Thank you for your attention to this matter *My cell phone number is ***-***-**** *My name is Stephanie Paumier
