I bought a Iphone in June ****, from SAMS WAREHOUSE paid it in full, $***.** I signed up for Sprint service had it * days only to find out did not cover Tucson AZ at the time had it turned off under ** day terms, phone was mine! I found it last Sunday in a box, I had to call Apple to help me get in phone, I called and asked Sprint about unlocking phone as I OWN THE PHONE! The lady said once Apple's reset **-** hrs happened call back as it was verified I didnt owe anyone nothing on accout- I have called * times tonight and then a MInerva, "Super Visor" thought she was cute, short, then snickering when I asked her to unlock my phone, I can't help you cause you don't have a service with us. I DON'T WANT SERVICE, I want to us the phone I paid ***.** for! I asked for last name or ID * I can't give you that! FEDERAL FCC LAW SAYS ID* FOR ANYONE REPRESENTING A CELL*LANDLINE COMPANY, is is Sprint above the Federal Goverment LAW? * out of the * WERE RUDE* AND SMART ATTITUDES! I would like that addressed as I also was recording every conversation. Ive been hung up on * times and this is totally un acceptable! And another reason I won't deal with your company! I've tried * diffrent times with your company, the customer service alone is enough to make people not want to use it, I'm sorry it's the truth! The phone has Sprint on back, it's mine I paid for it in full, all I want is it to be un-locked. Fair enough request, your Supervisor "MINERVA" should not be dealing with the public let alone your company customer's with her smirking attitude and laughing at people. Again I recorded it, VA law states only * person needs to know it's being recorded in the morning I'll be calling the FCC.
