Being charged unfortunately for something that was told to me that I would not be charged for. Third time in a year. Was on customer care line for over * *** hrs in past * days trying to resolve. *st on phone for over an hr. The representative put me on hold because he couldn't help never came back. I called back with a * *** hr phone call to have him say yes we can resolve this after ** hrs. I look at my acc today and still on there. Called today a ** minute call and when I hung up they hadn't helped me a bit. I'm getting ready to move to another carrier. Been with you since ****. Please help before I turn off the phones and go elsewhere. I shouldn't be charged for a mistake you guys made.
