I was not informed about cancellation fees on my Sprint Flex that I used for ** month, I was told thank o might open a new line and get a new device with the discount and should not worry abot old line at all, just call back as soon as new device arrive. I even double checked if there will be any extra charges and the agent just hide that information from me. I called to customer service twice today to get some help ( each time is about ** min) but end it up without any help. So, I informed the supervisor than will leave sprint if they are hiding information about the canceletion - he was ok with that and told me that there is nothing that he could do about and you still need to pay $***. *I am a customer for over ** years now, lost more than * hours of my life on the phone with unprofessional and lying customer representatives, very unsatisfied and disappointed with the way they doing businesses.
