I received some goods prices because I switched to spring and my credit score.*I also paid an additional $ **.** dollars for overnight shipping. The packages were not shipped until September *th, **** via FedEx Overnight. I received the package the next day September *th, **** @ *:**PM.*After checking the IPhone * out I realized that this is a small phone and I should have ordered the IPhone **. At this time I called sprint customer service and after talking to a customer service, was told that I would be able to exchange the IPhone * for the IPhone ** one time. Because I was going away on September *th, my concern was whether or not the flash sale price would still be available. I was told it would be available and I would have to pay the increased price for the IPhone **. This was fine because I was getting a larger phone.*I would like to mention, with the flash sale and my credit I was getting a rate of $ *.** per month, and the price would increase to $ **.** when I exchanged for the IPhone **. This was for ** months then I could purchase the phone or make monthly payments for * months, of $ **.**. This was agreeable with me.*On September **th, **** when I returned from my trip, I called Sprint, and too make a long story short I was told that I could no longer take advantage of the flash sale and what I was told on September *th, was incorrect.*First of all for many, many years I was a sprint customer, then it was far less expensive to go with another currier.
