About a month ago i and the wife took an overnight getaway to Walla Walla Wa. My phone stop charging. Wewent into the local Sprint Store to see what they could do. After * hours, and $***.** spent we left with two new phones and associated this and that. A couple weeks go by and I get a message on my phone that my bill was due. The bill was over $*,***.**. Seems while in the store someone tacked on a ***Gig data plan. After countless hours on hold, I was told that there was nothing that could be done by the Customer Care folks on the phone and I would have to go to the store where the mistake was made. * hour drive to Walla Walla, * hours in the store, * hour drive home, after being told that the data plan would be taken off and it would take a couple of billing cycles to reflect. Recently I received a new billing and was told that i needed to pay almost $*,***.** again. Again after countless hours with being put on hold and ignored, asking to speak with a supervisor and being hung up on, i called the the store in Walla Walla and spoke with the store manager. She also was hung up on after being put on hold for * hours. When I called her back she simply stated that there was nothing more she could do. Meanwhile, my phone has been restricted. I have been a loyal customer of Nextel*Sprint for approximately ** years. The total lack of regard for the time, energy, frustration and expense of trying to resolve this matter is truly beyond the pale. I would like to have the data plan, ***Gig, that was never asked for, to be taken off all billings and service restored.
