On April **** I qualified for an upgrade on my phone (***) ***-****. A promotional deal was given to me. Buy an IPhone ** and get an IPhone * for free. All I had to do was add another line. The new phone would go to the IPhone *. I asked the Sprint agent if I could swap the new telephone with an existing number (***) ***-**** on my account. I stated that I would get a new flip phone for the new number (***) ***-****. The Sprint agent said yes. I agreed to the promotional deal and did as was instructed. The following month when I received my Sprint bill the promotional deal was not included. I called and the matter was corrected. The same thing happened for June, July, and August. I called each time and got the charges eliminated. I called today August **, **** to get the charges off my bill permanently. The Sprint supervisor (Mikyla) informed me that I had been misinformed so the promotional deal was rescinded. I responded by saying that it was not my fault that the original person who sold me the buy one get one free deal gave me misinformation. The Sprint supervisor apologized and said that she couldn't reinstate the promotional discount and that I had to pay the extra $ **.**. I asked for another supervisor. The Sprint representative said that there wasn't anyone else I could speak with. I questioned the supervisor about Sprint not having a corporate representative that I could speak to. Again she said that I had no recourse. *In order to be able to afford I discontinued the new number. Now I have to pay the rest of the bill for the new phone I purchased for the (***) ***-****.*If this matter is not resolved I will have no other choice than to switch carriers and contact the FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection. *I have been a Sprint customer for six years.
