I requested my account for four phones and a tablet to be closed in April **. i returned four phones that took me * call reps to assist me on and three weeks to get my return package. i also have been on chats as well to ensure my accounts are closed. Each time i am told eveything is fine except i received a bill for june. i called again spoke with a rep who told me that there was an issue because i kept my number and carried it over but the other numbers my family didnt want. however he said they didnt know how to close the account. he then said that someone from sprint would call me when it is corrected. its been over a month and no phone call and late charges r being added. the perOn was jack id* I**********. i called on ****. then i called again several times later to be put on hold and then hung up on with noone returning. ive been with sprint for a long time. i will never go back.
