I have had outstanding high bills since I did an upgrade on my phone where I was charged an additional line, a line was not removed for months, was charged for phones I did not have, and I keep accumulating late fees each month. I have called every two weeks to prevent my services from being disconnected and have had to pay twice the amount of my normal bill. I have been told for months now that the correction would be complete by now with the bill credits and the return kits. I have also been promised calls back from corporate and supervisors in the escalations department and nothing has occurred. July *-** bill cycle is the first correct bill since April of this year. I need to speak with someone who can make the adjustments to my account to reflect the correct amount I should be paying for the billing cycle in April all the way up until July. There’s too many discrepancies to type.
