I been a sprint customer for years, I fully purchased and paid off a iPhone * and asked for it to be unlocked to be used for a tmobile plan. I requested the phone to be unlocked on August * and today August ** the phone has still been unlocked. I called multiple times and customer support hasn't been able to solve the issue. I spoke to JAY over the phone and she was VERY RUDE, was not able to help me with this issue. Every time I asked to be transferred to a different representative she would say NO. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with your customer support. If the phone has been completely paid off and the payment has processed I dont understand why my phone can't be connected to another carrier. Please help me solve this issue at the lowest level
