A few months ago someone opened up nine fraudulent accounts using my information. I recently received a letter confirming all the accounts that were opened were in fact fraudulent. Now fast forward a month later I just received another letter stating I have opened a new account. I DON’T HAVE SPRINT SERVICE NOR DO I WANT IT. I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW YOUR COMPANY CAN POSSIBLY ALLOW ANYONE TO OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS USING MY INFORMATION AFTER CLOSING NINE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS.
GetHuman981369 did not yet indicate what Sprint Corporate Care should do to make this right.
