Hi, I have * lines with you as a phone provider, I cannot afford the **** phone bill any longer. I get terrible customer service. I set up to pay a bill and they shut my service off forcing me to make a payment to the automated system. I have been a customer for *** years. At&T has offered me a buyout program and the bill would be ****less per month. I know you offer new customers special rates, with that being said, can you please help us out with a cheaper bill and the same coverage we have. Phone number ***-***-**** Pin * beretta. Thank you
