Updated phone plan last night with intent to upgrade phones and add a line after. System has us locked out until updated plan is in effect (sept). Also, when attempting to work around with the chat service for upgrades we observed a special for the IPhone X (**GB) for $***mo. after a $** credit. We are being told that is only for new customers and not upgrades. We are legacy customers and can’t understand why we would pay more than a new customer for the same device. We would like the same offer made for us to upgrade, plus we wish to add an additional line with an SE model.
