The issue in GetHuman-bravjake's own words
On ******* I called Sprint to switch carriers. During that call I ordered three phone lines. Those phones were shipped to my Virginia address. On ****** I went to my Florida address (where my wife*kids are) to activate the lines. After about a week I called to cancel service for numerous reasons: *.) We can not use data while in a call. Which is needed for my line of work. *.) On both my wife and my phone people say that they can hardly hear us clearly and they too sound muffled. *.) We can not merge calls* or end a call with a specific individual while on the line with multiple parties. *.) I periodically receive duplicate texts on my line. *.) I was told that Sprint would pay up to $*** to my previous carrier in which I was never given instructions on how or what to do. Even during the * times that I've called with this complaint, that particular issue is never addressed. * Sprint representatives said my ** days had expired and that I needed to pay $**** and return the phones to end the "contract". Knowing that my ** days started the day I ordered the lines and not the actual day I activated them would have made a big difference for me. I've called multiple times to have this issue resolved and to no avail.
