I have been lied to on more then one occasion. I was told that if I add a line i would get a free motorola e*. At no time was I informed i would have to pay anything. After going through everything i was told I would have to pay **.** for SH I told them no and that that is not what I was told. The supervisor whose name was Carl told me he would wave the **.** fee and that he had to transfer me back to the Customer service rep so he could go over the terms. I was then yet agsin asked for a credit card i said no you told me you were waveing the fee. I was transfered back to the supervisor who said and I quote after being told you lied to me " Oh my bad". That was highly unprofesional I want what I was promissed.
