In January **** my wife called to request a tablet be taken off our account. She was assured that our account would be changed. In March or April we were still being charged the same. My wife then called and spent an hour on the phone with your call center and again she was assured that the tablet would be removed from the account. The next month same thing. That time we were told that we would receive a refund of $***.** for overcharging us for the tablet plus the plan we were on that we did not need or want. We were promised it was all staightened out and we would either get $**.** a month credit or $***.** credit in full and the bill would also be lowered more for the over ** plan. This was to start in Junes bill. Of course we get another bill for $***.** so my wife called back and was told to wait a few days and call back and to make sure all the changes were made and what our amended bill would be. Much to our "surprise" nothing had been done. When she called today she just got the run around and was told that yes the notes were there of all the phone calls but no action had been taken. This should be a simple process to change our plan and to remove the tablet which was a promotional deal of your company, and it was never used. Now today she was not allowed to speak to a supervisor but she was told that this mysterious person would call us back in two to five days. This is an example of corperate greed when the folks handling the calls acknowledge that this should have been resolved months ago but since it wasn't there is nothing they can do about giving us a refund.
