My name is Romina Gutierrez. I was a Verizon customer and decided to switch over to sprint. I went to a sprint store in California (***** Reseda Blvd, Northridge, CA *****). I was told by the manager that if I added a fifth line and I had a AAA membership I could receive a $*** gift card. I switched over to sprint and added the fifth line. Now online it says that I will receive complimentary classic membership renewal. This is not what I wanted or what I was told. My AAA member is more than the classic so it wouldn’t even cover it anyway. I want this matter taken care of immediately and I’m expecting to receive the $*** gift card I was promised.
