I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with losing my Google voice capability. Sprint seems to be the only carrier doing this....the instructions for porting are ridiculously verbose and complex...I cant even get my sprint voicemail setup and keep getting messages saying my free trial is over and asking me to upgrade I was never even able to use this supposed free trial...i would prefer to use google voice as i have for * years now...this seems like an unscroupulous attempt at making more money...i an seriously considering going to Verizon because of this.
I trust that Sprint Corporate Care will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
