Hello I'm writing this complaint as a very dissatisfied (loyal) customer since ****. Issue at hand is I sent my phone to get service and the technician deny me service due to uncertainty of my phone having and after market screen. So I went to a professional technician and they assured me that it was a factory iPhone screen. At this point I just want out being a customer. I've called service times yesterday and today (and waited *-* hours each time to talk someone) and I was given false promises of fixing this matter. I need help getting out.**Thanks,**Jermaine
