I had to go to * different sprint stores yesterday. The first one (Seneca st, West Seneca NY) was helpful and respectful! The second one (Galleria Mall, Buffalo NY) only had * staff on, * of them were new and didn’t know what they were doing therefore only * staff member was doing everything - she was great! But because of this I had to wait ** minutes to end up being told that they didn’t have what I needed and couldn’t assist me. At this point it was *:** and I was directed to another site (Union road) where I pulled in at *:**pm where I was stopped at the door by a worker who told me he couldn’t assist me because they were closed. I said there’s * mins left until * and what I need only takes a second (as I was told numerous times by the other stores) the man proceeded to give me attitude and was incredibly rude. He then shut the door and him and his * coworkers laughed at me. One of the coworkers I’m not sure even worked at the store. So finally I drive to another sprint store at the boulevard mall in Amherst ny where they were incredibly helpful and very nice. Turns out I didn’t need the part galleria mall thought I did, and maybe if they hadn’t been in such a rush and understaffed they would have been able to see that. I’m so disappointed that it took * hours for me phone to be functioning again. I will be cancelling my sprint service. I pay way too much money to have sprint staff be so rude and upper management to not be properly staffing. I am not one to call corporate offices or send complaints but this was ridiculous and unacceptable.
