I went to the Sprint strore in Monroe, Mi ***** to pay my bill*today an was told to pay *** dollars to restore my service.I was told after I made my payment thet my service would be on in approx. * hrs. After * hrs had past I returned to the store and then was told that I would have to pay an additional**** dollars to restore my srevice and the representative*LIED and said he did not say that my service wad going to be restored. When I called him a LIAR HE TOLD ME TO LEAVE THE STORE AND AS I WAS LEAVING I HEARD HIM CALL ME A "******"!!. I then called customer service and was told since I was so badly wronged by your employee the they would restore my service until the **nd of June since I only have a *** dollar balance. This has not happened.
