My phone that sprint sold to me is a dud. Keeps dropping calls, going from full bar to no signal In middle of calls or not connecting for no reason. I upgraded to LG-G* on recommendation of a sprint account services rep and was sent a defect phone.*I have been trying for the past three weeks to get a replacement.Yet I was told the above phone is no longer in stock.*I have been trying to reach a supervisor in account services for the past * weeks to help me get an upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S*.*I was promised a call back from supervisors no less then * times and never received the calls.*To date,I have spent over ** hours on the phone with sprint customer service trying to reach someone who can resolve and compensate me for my extreme frustration,distress and aggravation. I was promised multiple times by various supervisors in different departments that they would assist me and resolve the issues, and I am still waiting to get a new phone.
