Tried numerous times to cancel this account. I am **-year old woman in serious health issues and do not have the required pin number and customer service does not have the correct spelling of my security question response. I tried to cancel the account in-store in Eatontown NJ and was refused stating that I had to call to do that. I want this account cancelled immediately. My sprint number is ***-***-****. Sprint service is really bad and I should have listened to my daughter and not opened this account in the first place.
I trust that Sprint Corporate Care will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
