I have continued to give Sprint more business & add services to my account, but am literally being fraudulently charged on protocol, it seems, to be made up as they see it best suits Sprint in the moment, as the original transaction that created this much more significant issue is one we have always been able to excercise. ... Basically, I am being charged over $*** for not fufilling a lease contract, even though I have not terminated services for either of my LG V**'s, as both are in my possession but instead, simply turned in my LG G*, which I had not only fufilled my contract on, but had kept the device on a month to month basis for * months after initial expiration* However, when I added (*) LG V**'S to my account in ******, I still had * months remaining on my g*, therefore, we added & assigned a new number to the g* in order to carry out the remaining time that contract still had, while transferring my number & services to the new v** & transferring my husband's phone number to the *nd v**. Unbeknownst to me, they actually created an additional new phone number, in which they attached to my husband's old Galaxy S*, instead of simply canceling all services to that old phone (which we owned) & transferring to the new v**, they kept the old phone in service, unfortunately I did not catch this when we signed for the * new v**'s. *Now, Sprint is stating that when I turned in my g*, they cancelled it with the only documentation linking this phone to it's identity being the new number that was created for the g* at the time I initially signed up to purchase the * new v**'s, even though before we left the store that very day, the v**'s both we're correctly hooked up to my main number, as well as my husband's, the g* also correctly linked to the new line- which we had to create in order to carry out the * months remaining on that service contract, while allowing us to still take advantage on upgrading our * lines to the new v**'s.*So, with that all being said, no matter how much time & energy I have put forth into explaining their oversight, nobody will help me to rectify this issue.
I'm not sure where the breakdown initially lies, I just know I have invested more of my time and energy than I should ever have, and it's still not resolved.
I simply want my account to reflect accurate information & the removal of outrageous, false charges, beginning with the early lease termination fee, which is absolutely a fraudulent charge.
I have been a loyal customer with Sprint for ** years, and have always been taken care of by the Sprint Corporation, always raving to others how exemplary this service is & how it's *nd to none. Stellar customer care was my only description prior to this situation.
I have spent hours on the phone with customer service, to no avail, then went on to spend another hour * at my local store, all proving unsuccessful.
