Hello,*I am very frustrated with the. service I have been getting from Sprint. I was looking for a new phone to get that was affordable. I decided to go with the Preowned iPhone * plus *** gb. I typed in my zip code on your website and it said the stores by me had it. So I went to one store just to find out that they didn't have it. Then I drive to the other store and they also said they didn't have it. But, on the website it was reflecting that they both had the rose gold and gold in stock. This was already frustrating for me. So, I decided to call sprint and just have them order the phone online for me since it wasn't allowing me to at first. The lady I spoke to said they had no colors except rose gold available for the model I wanted. I looked on the website again and it said both gold and rose gold were available. I was beyond frustrated at this point because online it said both were in stock but then whoever I spoke to said differently. I then decided to order it online by myself. I added the model I wanted in gold and checked out. It allowed me to purchase it. I was extremely confused. I called to make sure that they weren't going to send me a rose gold because apparently there were no gold. My need for a new phone is urgent because I am leaving for a trip soon and an not go with my old phone since it is no longer fully functional. Today I receive the phone. It looks good. I activated it and unlocked my old phone. As I use it it starts dying so I put it to charge. It IS NOT CHARGING. And on top of it, only one side of the speaker is working. On top off THAT, the sound is very muffled when talking on the phone and almost sounds like there is water damage. And to finish it off, the phone was overheating the whole time. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received thus far and would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible since I am going out of the country for a trip soon.*Sincerely,*Jamela Essaadi
