I had went to one of your stores to upgrade my phone. Because of issues with the galaxy note *. And the guy told me that I only had to pay ** dollars to pay off the phone and ** dollars to upgrade. He told me it was cheaper than sending the phone back in and upgrading. And I agreed to pay because he said i would not have to pay anymore than that. And I see on my account a week later a charge of *** on my account. Saying I had a cancellation fee. Now I wasn't told there was any cancellation fee or additional charges. And I do not feel as though im responsible for this error. And the store is saying that can't do anything about it or customer service is saying they can't do anything. And my wife and I have been with sprint for a while. And I feel that the sprint store should hold their employees accountable or you guys should take care of the charge of the device and either allow me to keep the phone they said i paid off and not have to pay anything additional or give me my money back for the phone and not have to pay anything additional for the inconvenience and hard time im getting because of someone else's mistake. I shouldn't be paying for someone else error. Now I hope you guys can fix this or we will be taking our service elsewhere to another provider.
