Recently my girlfriend and I became sprint customers. And purchased an ** month plan for * iPhone *s and unlimited data. Along with our phones we were also looking to protect our phones without paying the monthly insurance. The workers in the sprint store said that that is what most people do is just buy a nice screen protector and case so that is what we did. We paid around ***$ for both cases and screen protectors. Both of which we bought in the sprint store recommended by the sprint staff. The cases are **-** foot drop protection cases and the screen protectors were both the most expensive ones in the store for our phone type. The staff in the store applied the screen protector and case and ensured both phones would be very safe. I have had my phone now for * months and this past week I dropped my phone while getting out of my car. The phone fell from no more than * feet and shattered my phone screen. The screen on the phone is now shattered and the screen protector is not. I’m extremely disappointed with the staff at sprint for ensuring my phones safety and it is obvious they were just trying to make another sale. I’ve called the store and the staff said there is nothing they can do. Even though they were the ones who installed the screen protector and case and they gave us specifics on which cases and screen protectors to purchase. Now I am liable for one of the employees negligence toward the safety of my phone. I would like my phone replaced along with an apology for false promises from your staff.
