Help with my Sprint Corporate Care issue

I recently switched to Sprint and had an plan with *G data. That did not work out for me so I went on their website and talked to customer service on their live chat feature. Was told my bill would be $**.** each month with Unlimited plan with insistence AND after taxes. I said go ahead and change it. Fast forward to my next bill which is $***. I call customer service and have to argue with someone for an hour about it. They forward me to a supervisor and the supervisor says she can’t do anything except make an action report and gave me an action id number and that someone would call me. Of course no one did and after calling again and arguing with a completely new person still nothing is resolved. I have an email of the chat transcript which clearly shows the bill amount I was told. I sincerely regret switching to Sprint and wish I had gone to AT&T instead.
GetHuman-ramosje did not yet indicate what Sprint Corporate Care should do to make this right.
