I want sprint to honor waving the charges they promised me they would when my phone was stolen in March ****. Not only did they not wave them like they promised but now they cant even seem to find the notes from when I called or that I called at all. Bullshit! I can see the call log on my device I used during that week after my phone was stolen. The call that I was promised all the credits on was over * hours long. How are there no records? I will cancel my account on principal if this is what sprint does as a company or how they treat their customers. I have been with sprint since they were Nextel.
