I leased my phones and im at the end of my contract, I was allowed to pay off my phones, But was told that I ordered some more gigs on my phone, which is untrue. The manager told me she would have to contact corporate in order to take charges off my phone, but she was having a promotion and didn't have time to stop and call anyone, she would notify me, but I could go to other company and transfer my service, when I got to the other store they said my phone was locked. I went back to Aventura sprint asked manager why she told me I could transfer service when she no my phones were locked. She told me to come back *******, she didn't come to work. I went back today *******, shetold me my contact ended and the automatically added gigs and that cost me ***.**. I have been given the run around and I feel liked in being discriminated and held hostage by Sprint., to the point that if I don't hear from someone in corporate I'm going to seek legal help.you can call me at *** *** **** or email me at *****@***.com
