My 14-year-old daughter, Deja Robinson, mistakenly signed up for your service in September. You have been charging $10 per month from her account linked to mine. There doesn't seem to be any age verification in place. Unfortunately, she is unable to access the account to cancel it. Please disable her account promptly to cease any further charges. I purchased a 1-year Spotify student premium for £4.99 in [redacted], which later increased to the regular £9.99 subscription around May [redacted]. Recently, I noticed that only the free version with ads is accessible on my devices. I seem to be having trouble accessing the correct service with my login details, possibly due to a mix-up in my email information. The payment is under the name Payton, and I might have initially created the account under Denham, but I am not certain. I recently encountered an issue with my Spotify account on PlayStation 4. I attempted to use the app after a week and got prompted to link my PlayStation account to my Spotify account, even though they have been connected for years. When I tried to log in on my phone, it stated that there was no account associated with my email address, making it impossible to log in or retrieve the account. I suspected my account was deleted, so I tried creating a new one with the same email, only to be informed that it's already linked to an existing account. I am seeking assistance in restoring access to my original account.

I have been subscribed to a family account for quite some time, but recently, one of my family members got kicked off and is now unable to rejoin. This situation is frustrating. I convinced multiple people to switch from Apple Music to Spotify to join me, and now they can’t access the music nor rejoin the account. I urgently need this problem to be fixed. I’ve been a loyal member since [redacted] and have always spoken highly of the company. However, now I can’t seem to reach anyone at customer service for assistance, which is very disappointing. I’m considering switching to Apple Music and recommending it to others if this issue remains unresolved.

I'm having trouble signing up for Spotify on my Mac. Whenever I try on Google or Safari, it says I'm using a proxy service. I'm not sure what this means or how to turn it off. I came across this site while looking for Spotify Customer Service. Any help would be appreciated. - Alan C.

I have enjoyed using a free Spotify account for over a year, and recently signed up for a 3-month free trial to avoid commercials during our Christmas meal. However, I faced an issue when my playlists disappeared after connecting my iPhone to my MacBook Pro. Despite using the same username and password, I could not retrieve my playlists, including a special Christmas playlist I had spent a lot of time curating. Without a "recover playlists" option in the menu, I was left disappointed and frustrated. I had approximately 6 playlists that vanished. Could you please suggest how I can recover my lost playlists? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I have never opened a Spotify New York account, yet I am being charged $9.99 monthly for Premium Service on my credit card. I have informed my credit card company and have a dispute in progress. I am unable to reach anyone at Spotify to address this matter as I cannot log in to a non-existent account. Please assist in closing the account that was mistakenly opened.

I am in touch with my bank regarding unauthorized charges from Spotify. Despite canceling my account twice, I have been charged several hundred dollars. I have filed a fraud claim with my bank, but recently received another bill from U.S. Bank with a different credit card number. I am 71 and have no interest in using Spotify. Moreover, my Netflix account was compromised from Saudi Arabia last spring. I request that any accounts associated with my name, Kathleen Dickerson, from McCall, Idaho, be closed promptly.

I recently enrolled in the FREE 3-month trial of Spotify and provided my Visa card details for verification. Spotify charged my Visa account $4.99 without prior notice, contrary to the terms of the trial. Notification regarding a $4.99 charge at Spotify USA on Dec 31, [redacted], was received for the credit card ending in [redacted], which I did not anticipate during the trial period. As per the agreement, there should be no charges until after 3/31. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of the $4.99 charge.

I previously used a free Spotify account where I built up a library of songs. Now, with my new Spotify Premium account, I can't access my old library in the car and have issues with ads and song selection. When using my computer, I'm unable to see the car's library, so I've created a new one. Can someone advise on how to link my Premium account in the car, merge my old and new libraries, and sync the music libraries between my computer and car?

My name is Crystal Tyndall, and I have been unknowingly charged for Spotify, which I did not sign up for. I suspect my child might have done it accidentally, but he is not aware of it. I have been charged $30 monthly, despite my attempts to stop it when I first noticed. I tried to address this through the app but couldn't resolve it. Although I now know what Spotify is, I have never used the app or activated it. It seems to have been mistakenly downloaded on my phone. As a single parent, I manage my finances carefully, and this unexpected charge is causing financial strain on my budget.

Hello, I have experienced some concerning issues with my Spotify account recently. My music on Spotify keeps playing automatically on the web, even though I want it to play through Bluetooth. Additionally, I have noticed songs being liked in my "liked songs" playlist by someone else using a different device, liking songs by artists I don't know. More recently, whenever I play music on Spotify, the song will unexpectedly switch to different songs in my "liked songs" library. A few days ago, my account logged out on its own, and now I can't log back in because it says my email and password are incorrect. However, I haven't forgotten my login details because they are saved on my iPhone. When attempting to log in with my email address, it says there is no account associated with it. I have a large collection of songs in my playlist and I am worried about losing this account.

I have been enjoying the premium service for several years, which has been mostly great. However, there are two things that are currently distressing me. First, I no longer have access to the email or telephone number I initially used when I signed up for the service. Second, I have forgotten my Spotify password and am unable to retrieve it. Lastly, I am unable to view all the devices currently logged into my account. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues. I'm a long-time Spotify user named Aaron Williams. Recently, I received an email offering 3 months of premium for $9.99. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the offer as my phone was broken at the time. Now that I have a new phone, I clicked the link in the email to subscribe, only to find out the deal expired on December 31st. Had I known earlier, I would have found another way to activate the offer. I thought the subscription had to be done through the app on my phone. Is there a chance I could still get the deal? I would really appreciate having the premium service as it would be helpful until I return to work. Thank you.

I am experiencing an issue with my premium account on Spotify. It seems to have disappeared as I am unable to sign in using my usual email address. Despite being charged the subscription fee recently, I cannot access the premium features. I attempted to log in using a different email address but to no avail. Unlike many users, I'm not linked to Facebook for my Spotify account. After re-subscribing for free, I still cannot access my original premium account, only a new non-premium one associated with my email address. I am concerned about further charges to my bank account. This morning, when I tried to log in to my Spotify account on my computer, I encountered an issue. The system prompted me with an error message (Error code: auth:2) stating that my username or password was incorrect. Although my computer usually remembers my password, I tried logging in via Facebook without success. Strangely, I can access my account on my Apple iPhone 12 using my phone ID. However, when I attempted to log in on my other laptop, a Vaio, I faced the same problem. Ideally, I should be able to access my account on all devices. I'm unsure why this is happening and would appreciate assistance in resolving this promptly.

Dear Spotify Team, My roommates and I have signed up for the Spotify Family Account, but two of us are receiving a message that we are in a different country and cannot use it. Two of us are originally from Austria and moved to Leipzig about a year ago. It seems that Spotify still thinks we are in Austria (even on my Facebook-linked account, it used to show I live in Vienna - I rarely use Facebook now, and I have updated the location, but it still indicates I am in a different country). Hello, Spotify, I'm Jean-Claude Le Breton from Toulouse, France. I'm a Spotify user and was unexpectedly logged out on December 30th around 5 pm. Hello, my name is Layne Thompson. I wanted to reach out because I got logged out of my Spotify account on both my phone and laptop. This happened because my mom was inadvertently charged on her card, which led to the cancellation of the charges and the subsequent disabling of my account. Before the account was disabled, I re-subscribed to Spotify Premium as I was removed from the premium service. Currently, I am being charged on my card, and even though I have paid, my account remains disabled, causing continued charges. I have already contacted someone about this issue and was requested to provide a screenshot of the charge from my mom's card. Unfortunately, she is unable to do that. I can't remember the email or password associated with my account, but I do know the username. I just want to regain access to my account.

I noticed a charge of $[redacted] on January 2nd to my Spotify account, which I don't have. It's frustrating not to have a contact number for support when dealing with money matters. Businesses should provide legitimate contact information for situations like this. Not having a phone number or responding to emails raises concerns. I plan to reach out to the Better Business Bureau for assistance since contacting the company is proving difficult. It's concerning not to have a direct line of communication when dealing with financial transactions.
