I cancelled my account after I deleted my playlist on Spotify. I want to know about getting a refund because I haven't had it for * months. I've been trying to get my music off the list and downloaded but that didn't work. I contacted someone about cancelling my service because I no longer want to download Spotify or the account. It states that I got a month free and then I will be charged the *.** I was charged on June **th said that I will go back to the free September.

GetHuman-shlnng did not yet indicate what Spotify should do to make this right.
