You might be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with to try to resolve an issue. I have done every single thing that is necessary to try to get an answer and yet I still don’t have one. My credit card was charged $**.** for Spotify when in fact, I was supposed to have a three month free trial. I talked to your chat person who then sent me to a tech person that’s not what I need and I’m super frustrated
