Hello, I am writing to report an issue with my student premium Spotify account. Recently, when attempting to access my account from a new device, I discovered that my account had vanished. Despite having used and renewed my student premium subscription for the past year, I am now unable to log in. Strangely, another user's username and date of birth are showing up in its place. I am confused as to why someone else's information is linked to my email and why Spotify cannot recognize my username. I am also concerned about the whereabouts of the student premium account that I have paid for and utilized for a year. Thank you.

I have a Spotify account and pay through PayPal monthly. I recently added two gift certificates to my account, but only received an email receipt for one. My PayPal deduction is scheduled for tomorrow. Should I cancel it or will the free year take effect?

I have a Spotify account and I pay through PayPal every month. I recently added two gift certificates to my account, but I only received an email receipt for one of them. I have a premium account for our family of four, and I am the account manager, Aja Happel. Both of my parents have a profile picture of a young Turkish boy on their accounts, and he seems to be using their profiles. I make payments using my American Express card, and my email associated with the account is [redacted] My mother's email is [redacted], and my father's email is [redacted] They have both changed their passwords, but they need assistance in having him removed from their accounts. Currently, their accounts show as [redacted]0. Can you please assist us with this matter?

"I clicked on a short video expecting half an hour of uninterrupted listening. Instead, I had to sit through ads and only got to hear one song before more ads played. The song definitely wasn't half an hour long. Is deception the only way to get users to watch ads and limit their listening options to shuffle play only?"

I recently reached out to customer support regarding my account and was informed of an issue with a payment made using a credit card authorized by my former roommate. He now wants a chargeback for the transaction. Spotify has requested the last 4 digits of that card to resolve this issue and regain access to my account. As I couldn't log in, I had to purchase a new premium account. Please advise on the necessary steps to regain access to my account via Facebook.

I made a payment on December 7th, [redacted], and I'm confused why I'm being charged again. I seem to be getting charged every two weeks, and today on December 26th, [redacted], I received a message that my recent payment has bounced. My payment should cover me until September 7th, [redacted]. The payment schedule seems erratic. I would like a refund to avoid being charged again. This morning, I received an email stating that my Hulu plan was canceled. Instead of the student plan I originally bought, I was billed for a family plan. It seems someone has accessed one of my passwords. I've been getting emails regarding various accounts using this password to log in. I believe I forgot to update it for Spotify. I've secured that account now. I need help switching back to the student plan on Hulu and getting a refund for the family plan I did not authorize.

I am encountering an issue with Spotify where error code 30 appears when I try to log in. Even after adjusting my firewall settings and reinstalling the application, the problem persists. I am having an issue with my account. It was downgraded from premium to a free account. When I tried to revert it, a new account was created under the name "arhotaling," which is incorrect and does not contain any of my music or followers. Hello, I am facing an issue with my download limit on Spotify. I discovered that every time I "Like" or "Save" an album on my Spotify app, it automatically downloads every song in the album. This is frustrating because I don't want every song downloaded, and now I can't download new songs that I actually like. The only solution I found is to stop liking albums, but then my Albums tab would be empty. This makes navigating through Spotify less convenient as I would have to search for songs each time. I wish to be able to like an album without every song being downloaded automatically. Please advise if there is a way to resolve this issue. I have found dealing with your company to be extremely frustrating in trying to resolve my issue. Despite following all the necessary steps to get an answer, I am still without a resolution. Spotify has charged my credit card $10.54, although I was supposed to receive a three-month free trial. After speaking with a chat representative, I was redirected to a technical support person, which is not the assistance I require.

I am feeling extremely frustrated at the moment with this situation. On Christmas, I received an Echo Dot, and that same evening, Alexa offered me a free trial membership to Spotify. I believed this trial would give me three months at no cost. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement today, I noticed a charge of $10.54 for a subscription on December 26. I am extremely dissatisfied with Spotify. I will not be using the service again due to being charged over $[redacted]. Despite canceling my subscription 8 months ago, I am still being billed every month. This situation has caused financial difficulties for me as my bank account went negative, resulting in additional charges of $36 each time. I expected my cancellation to stop any charges, but I have continued to be billed. I am demanding a full refund for all the money that has been taken from my account without authorization.

I received an Alexa Echo Dot as a Christmas gift. I requested it to play free music, but it played Garth Brooks and even "Get It, Got It, Good" by Billy Gilman on Spotify, which is not free. I recently purchased a student premium account on Spotify, and it automatically created an account with the username 31hhj2ixqz4vyv3amsqlgmldewpa. However, my original account linked to [redacted] has the username vs88rn1b12v62w9g8tiovjf7c but does not have the premium features I bought. I'm able to log in to the new account with my phone number and OTP, but I can't add an email because I don't know the password. Unfortunately, the phone app is the only option for logging in with a phone number, so I can't access the premium features on my computer. I'm stuck and unsure what steps to take next to link my email to this premium account.

I am having trouble accessing my account as it keeps stating that my password and email do not match. I have had this account since I was seven, so I cannot remember the password and no longer have access to the associated email address. I am currently paying for a premium subscription but cannot utilize the service to listen to music.
